JobNimbus alternatives for roofing and exterior contractors (2026)
Last updated:
Quick answer
For flat published pricing with unlimited users and measurement reports, the closest JobNimbus alternative is Roofr. AccuLynx is the closest like-for-like roofing platform, Leap adds an in-home sales app, Contractor Foreman has a low published company-wide fee and Buildertrend suits builders and remodelers. Ardn CRM, our own platform, is priced by modules and locations, never per seat.
JobNimbus is a roofing-first CRM for exterior contractors, priced by plan, number of users and add-ons, with no published price. This page puts it next to six options roofers and exterior contractors shortlist instead: AccuLynx, Roofr, Leap, Buildertrend, Contractor Foreman and our own Ardn CRM. Every fact is quoted from the vendor's own site, checked October 22, 2026. No review-site scores, no ratings.
Roofing and exterior contractors that want sales, quotes that become jobs, dispatch and an SLA service desk on one record.
Modules and locations, never per seat

Why contractors look elsewhere
Six reasons a JobNimbus alternative gets searched.
None of these make JobNimbus a bad product. They are the situations in which its pricing model or plan limits stop matching the company using it.
01
The bill follows headcount
JobNimbus prices by plan and "the number of users you need," with plans at up to 3, 10 and 19 users. Hiring the fourth, eleventh or twentieth person can move you up a plan.
02
No public price
JobNimbus does not publish prices. Buyers who want to model the bill before a sales call look at vendors with published plans.
03
Plan limits
Project boards, active automations, integrations and locations are capped by plan (for example 3 boards and 2 integrations on Essentials). Teams that hit a cap compare the next tier with other tools.
04
Several locations
Multi-location is not on Essentials, is up to 2 locations on Pro and up to 5 on Premium. Multi-branch roofers compare how each alternative handles and prices locations.
05
Service after the job
Warranty calls and service requests need an owner, a due time and escalation. Contractors with recurring service work look for a service desk as well as a job board.
06
Fit, not price
Some teams want measurement reports bundled (Roofr), an in-home sales app (Leap SalesPro) or builder-style project management (Buildertrend), and shortlist on features.

The headcount math
Monthly price at 3, 10 and 19 users on published prices.
We used JobNimbus's own plan limits (3, 10 and 19 users) as the headcounts, and only prices each vendor publishes. Where a vendor does not publish, the cell says “Quote” rather than an estimate.

Per-user models
Leap's published Team price goes from $496 a month at 3 users to $2,080 at 19. AccuLynx and JobNimbus also scale with users, but you only see the curve once you have a quote.
Flat and capped models
Roofr stays at its plan price as you add users. Contractor Foreman steps up at 3, 8 and 15 users and then flattens on Unlimited at $332 a month billed annually.
Modules and locations
Ardn CRM does not count users at all: the quote follows the modules you turn on and the locations you run. See our 3, 10 and 20-user math for the yearly view.

Alternative
JobNimbus
The baseline: a roofing-first CRM for exterior contractors, priced by plan, users and add-ons, on request.
JobNimbus calls itself "roofing software that keeps every job on track" and "the roofing platform built to scale with you." Its homepage names roofing, siding, gutters, fencing, construction, painting, restoration, solar, deck and patio, remodeling, concrete, pool, and window and door contractors. Features listed include payments, aerial roof measurements, a mobile app, analytics, customer financing, invoicing, real-time job costs, estimates and proposals (SumoQuote), two-way texting and email (Engage), scheduling and work orders, caller ID, an AI assistant in beta (JobNimbus Scout) and integrations with QuickBooks, CompanyCam and EagleView.
Four plans differ by user limit and capacity. Essentials allows up to 3 users, 3 project boards, 10 active automations, 2 integrations and no multi-location. Pro allows up to 10 users, 5 boards, 30 automations, 5 integrations and up to 2 locations. Premium allows up to 19 users with unlimited boards and integrations, 100 automations, up to 5 locations and "Premium + SLAs" support. Enterprise is 20+ users with unlimited automations and locations and a technical account manager. Every plan includes contacts, estimates, invoicing, payments, financing, suppliers, QuickBooks integration, the mobile app, analytics, reports, API and webhooks and e-sign.
No prices are published. Pricing "is based on the plan you choose, the number of users you need, and the features or add-ons." Add-ons are a Marketing Bundle, a Communications Bundle (Engage) and Professional Services for onboarding and data migration. JobNimbus offers "monthly or annual agreements," no required setup or onboarding fees and a "14-day free trial, no credit card required."
Pricing: Not published; quote by plan, number of users and add-ons.
All-in-one roofing software in two plans, licensed per user each month, with no long-term contract.
AccuLynx sells two plans for roofing companies, Pro and Elite. Pro covers an automations manager, custom email templates and custom reporting; aerial measurement ordering, AI-based automatic lead scoring and estimates and contracts; job messaging and communication history; a mobile field app; and job costs, A/R tracking and profit and loss analysis.
Elite adds a custom workflow manager, multiple company location set-up, a production calendar, embedded web forms, mortgage check tracking, permits tracking, supplement tracking, advances and paybacks tracking and commissions.
No price is published: AccuLynx's sales team provides "a custom price quote." On how it bills, AccuLynx says "customers are charged a monthly fee for each user license," that "optional account add-ons are also billed on a monthly basis and can be disabled at any time," and that it "does not require customers to sign long term contracts." Like JobNimbus, the bill scales with users. Our full comparison is on the AccuLynx alternative page.
Pricing: Not published; quote-based, monthly fee per user licence.
Roofing CRM, measurements and proposals on flat published plans with unlimited users.
Roofr describes "a suite of tools for roofing businesses to measure more roofs. win more deals. save more time." and lists a CRM for the sales pipeline from lead to close, an Instant Estimator, measurement reports, proposals with templated contracts, material ordering from suppliers, payments and invoicing, a calendar for scheduling and Roofr Sites, AI-built websites for roofers.
Pricing is published and flat. Billed monthly: Starter $0 (a basic job board and pay-per-report measurements at $19), Measure+ $109, Essentials $249 (unlimited proposals, invoices and work orders, card and ACH payments, $13 reports) and Scale $349 (7 customizable job boards, 25+ automated actions, crew management, performance dashboards and QuickBooks integration). Billed yearly, Essentials is $209 and Scale $299 a month. "Measurement Reports are always pay-as-you-go, no matter which plan you're on." Add-ons: Instant Estimator $125 a month, Roofr Sites $99 and AI Receptionist $99.
On seats the FAQ says: "Roofr does not charge per seat. All plans include a set number of users so your whole team gets access without paying for individual users," and each plan card lists unlimited users. It is the published, flat-price alternative for roofers whose work centres on measurements and proposals.
Pricing: Published: $0 to $349/month billed monthly; Essentials $209 and Scale $299/month billed yearly; unlimited users; reports $13 to $19 each.
Roofing and remodeling CRM plus an in-home sales app, with a published per-user price. JobProgress is now Leap CRM.
Leap says it was "built by contractors who've been on the roof" and serves roofing and remodeling contractors, including windows and doors, siding, kitchen and bath and residential construction, from single crews to multi-location companies. Its two products are Leap CRM, for the job lifecycle, and Leap SalesPro, an in-home sales and estimating app. Capabilities listed include digital estimates and proposals, e-signature, crew scheduling and production tracking, material ordering, payments and invoicing, financing, customer and subcontractor portals and customizable workflows, so a contractor can "win the job, run the job, and get paid."
Pricing is published for the lower tiers. Leap CRM Essential is $79 a month for a single user. Team starts at $298 a month including the first user, with additional users at $99 a month each. SalesPro Premium starts at $750 a month including 6 users, and Enterprise, with unlimited active offices, is priced through sales. "All Leap plans are available in one-year contracts paid monthly."
JobProgress buyers: the JobProgress site says "JobProgress is now Leap CRM" and that JobProgress "is migrating to Leap." If JobProgress was on your list, evaluate Leap CRM. We did not use the price on the legacy JobProgress homepage, which carries a 2024 copyright, because Leap's own pricing page is the current source.
Pricing: Published: Essential $79/month (1 user); Team from $298/month plus $99/month per additional user; SalesPro Premium from $750/month (6 users); Enterprise on request.
Construction management for home builders and remodelers, custom-quoted with unlimited users.
Buildertrend is construction management software for builders and remodelers. Every plan includes lead, project, financial and client management, and subscriptions include unlimited users, all core features, onboarding and support.
Pricing is a custom quote based on builder type, annual revenue and business needs, so headcount is not the lever; revenue is. It fits exterior contractors who also build or remodel and want project and financial management in the same subscription. Roofing-specific features such as measurement ordering were not detailed on the pages we reviewed.
Note on sourcing: Buildertrend's site returned an access error to our fetch on October 22, 2026, so these facts are the ones we verified on its pricing pages on October 21, 2026 for our contractor CRM buyers' guide, unchanged.
Pricing: Not published; custom quote by builder type, annual revenue and needs, unlimited users.
Low-priced, published construction management with a company-wide fee and an Unlimited tier.
Contractor Foreman bills itself as "Easy, Affordable All-In-One Construction Management Software" for general contractors, subcontractors, trade contractors and service contractors. Modules cover project management (client portals, scheduling, service tickets, work orders, permits, inspections, daily logs, punch lists), financials (estimates, invoices, takeoffs, change orders, purchase orders, bid management, online payments), people (crew scheduling, time cards, team chat, safety meetings), documents and a CRM with opportunity tracking and lead management. Integrations include QuickBooks, Stripe, Zapier, Google Calendar, Gusto and CompanyCam.
Pricing is published. Billed annually: Basic $49 a month (1 user), Standard $105 (3 users), Plus $166 (8), Pro $221 (15) and Unlimited $332 (unlimited users). Billed monthly: Standard $139, Plus $199, Pro $279 and Unlimited $399. Its FAQ says "the fee listed on the website is the fee for the company as a whole."
Setup and implementation are free on Pro and Unlimited. There is a 30-day free trial, a 100-day money-back guarantee on annual plans and 30 days on monthly plans. It is a general construction tool rather than a roofing-specific one, so check how it handles your roofing workflow in the trial.
Pricing: Published: $49 to $332/month billed annually ($139 to $399 monthly); user caps below the Unlimited tier.
Sales, quotes that become jobs, a service desk on SLA clocks and dispatch on one record, priced by modules and locations, never per seat.
Ardn CRM is a CRM built around jobs, work orders, sites, service requests and bookings for roofing, windows and home improvement, residential and commercial general contractors and real estate. Leads land in one pipeline with stages you define. Quotes are built from your product and service list, versioned, and converted to a job in one click with line items, site and contact already in place. Every service request, including warranty calls after the roof is on, gets an SLA clock by priority, escalates automatically if it slips and asks the customer for a rating when it closes. A dispatch board shows crews, work orders and bookings by day and location. Ardn CRM includes a technician mobile app with GPS, online booking, payments, QuickBooks sync, and scheduling and route optimization.
Accounts hold every site, contact, quote, job and service request for a customer, with lifetime value on the page, which makes repeat work and referrals visible. Reports cover the conversion funnel, revenue by source and service performance, rolled up or by location. It is priced by the modules you turn on and the locations you run, never per seat, so adding canvassers, estimators, office staff or crew leads does not change the bill. There is a one-time setup fee and an optional managed service. Ardn migrates your accounts, contacts, open deals, job history and notes from the previous CRM as part of setup and checks the result with you before go-live. The team is US-based with a 4-hour response SLA.
What it does not do: Ardn CRM does not include roof measurement reports, and Ardn does not publish prices, so you will need a quote. If measurements inside the CRM and a published self-serve price are the priority, Roofr is the closer fit.

Switching CRMs costs a season of attention. For many roofers staying is the right call. Be honest about which list describes you.
Stay on JobNimbus if
Your headcount sits comfortably inside a plan limit and you do not expect to cross it soon.
Your crews rely on its mobile app, SumoQuote proposals, EagleView measurements and Engage texting, and the team knows them well.
You work across several exterior trades that JobNimbus names, such as siding, gutters, fencing and solar.
Your quote at today's headcount, and at the headcount you plan for next year, is one you are happy with.
Switch if
Every new hire risks moving you up a plan, and you would rather put the whole office and every crew lead in the system.
You need more locations, boards, automations or integrations than your plan allows and the next tier is not worth it to you.
You want a published price you can model before talking to sales.
Warranty calls and service requests are slipping through and you want SLA clocks, escalation and customer ratings on them.
Before you switch
A migration checklist for leaving JobNimbus.
Switching roofing CRMs fails on data and timing, not features. Whichever option you pick, work through this list with the vendor before you sign.
1
Pick the quiet month
Move outside storm season and peak production. Check whether you are on a monthly or annual JobNimbus agreement before you set a date.
2
List what has to come across
Contacts, jobs and their board status, estimates and proposals, invoices, notes, photos and documents, and your product and pricing list.
3
Ask who moves it, and at what cost
Ardn migrates accounts, contacts, open deals, job history and notes as part of setup. Ask every vendor exactly which records they move and whether it is extra.
4
Keep measurements and suppliers working
If you order measurements or materials through JobNimbus integrations, confirm how the new tool handles each, or keep the provider alongside it.
5
Run a real job end to end
In the trial or walkthrough, take one lead from inspection to quote, signed contract, job, invoice and a warranty call. Gaps show up fast.
How to choose
Start from the reason you are leaving.
The shortlist writes itself once you name the problem. Headcount pricing points one way, a missing feature another, and a trade mix beyond roofing a third.
A
Headcount must stop moving the bill
Shortlist Roofr (flat, unlimited users, published), Contractor Foreman Unlimited and Ardn CRM (modules and locations, never per seat). The contractor CRM buyers' guide covers the wider field.
B
Measurements and proposals are the core
Roofr sells reports per report on every plan; AccuLynx orders aerial measurements inside the job. Ardn CRM does not include measurement reports.
C
You sell in the home
Look at Leap SalesPro alongside Leap CRM, and model the per-user price from its published pricing.
D
Service calls, dispatch and several locations matter
Pricing, like-for-like options, per-user models, JobProgress and migration.
What is the best JobNimbus alternative for roofers?
It depends on why you are leaving. For a flat published price with unlimited users and measurement reports built in, look at Roofr ($249 a month billed monthly for Essentials, or $209 billed yearly). For the closest like-for-like roofing platform, AccuLynx, though it is also quote-based and licensed per user. For an in-home sales app, Leap. For a low published price, Contractor Foreman. If service calls, dispatch and several locations matter as much as sales, Ardn CRM, priced by modules and locations, never per seat. All figures are from each vendor's own site, checked October 22, 2026.
How much does JobNimbus cost?
JobNimbus does not publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing "is based on the plan you choose (Essentials, Pro, Premium, or Enterprise), the number of users you need, and the features or add-ons." Essentials covers up to 3 users, Pro up to 10, Premium up to 19 and Enterprise 20 or more. It offers monthly or annual agreements, no required setup or onboarding fees and a 14-day free trial (checked October 22, 2026).
What is the difference between JobNimbus and AccuLynx?
Both are roofing-focused and neither publishes a price. AccuLynx charges "a monthly fee for each user license" across two plans, Pro and Elite, with multiple location set-up, supplement and permit tracking on Elite. JobNimbus prices by plan tier and number of users across four plans, with multi-location on Pro (up to 2), Premium (up to 5) and Enterprise (unlimited), and serves a wider set of exterior trades. Ask both for a written quote at your current headcount and at double it.
Which JobNimbus alternatives do not charge per user?
Roofr says it "does not charge per seat" and lists unlimited users on every plan. Buildertrend includes unlimited users in a custom quote based on revenue. Contractor Foreman charges a company-wide fee with user caps until its Unlimited tier ($332 a month billed annually). Ardn CRM is priced by modules and locations, never per seat. AccuLynx and Leap charge per user, and JobNimbus prices by number of users.
Is JobProgress the same as Leap?
Yes. The JobProgress website says "JobProgress is now Leap CRM" and that JobProgress is migrating to Leap. Leap's current pricing is on leaptodigital.com: Leap CRM Essential $79 a month for a single user, Team from $298 a month with additional users at $99 a month each, and SalesPro Premium from $750 a month including 6 users (checked October 22, 2026).
Can Ardn move our data out of JobNimbus, and does Ardn CRM do roof measurements?
Ardn migrates your accounts, contacts, open deals, job history and notes from the previous CRM as part of setup, and checks the result with you before go-live. Ardn CRM does not include roof measurement reports; roofers who rely on them inside the CRM should look at Roofr, AccuLynx or JobNimbus's EagleView integration, or keep their measurement provider alongside Ardn CRM.
