Operations overview for a community center with active members, revenue, donations, check-ins and revenue by location

Real product screens from a demo organization with fictional people and figures.

Watch

One community. One record.

Seventy seconds on members and donors living on the same record: households with split billing, one-scan check-in, programs and waitlists, campaigns beside membership, and board-ready numbers by branch.

The problem

The way nonprofit software is sold works against the mission.

None of this is your team's fault. It's how legacy platforms are built and priced, and every piece of it is a choice a vendor made.

A cut of your growth

Fees tied to your revenue mean every campaign you win raises your software bill.

Two systems

Operations in one platform, donors in another, reconciled by hand every month.

Hard screens

Part-time front-desk staff wrestle click-heavy screens at the busiest hours.

Board questions

Simple questions from the board take days and a spreadsheet to answer.

The difference

The parent who pays for swim lessons and gives to the campaign is one person.

Here she's one record: memberships, registrations, check-ins, gifts and volunteer hours on one timeline your membership team and development office both see.

Members and donors together

Fundraising lives next to membership, not in a second system.

A flat fee

Never a percentage of revenue. Payments settle into your own merchant account.

A front desk that flows

One scan screen for members, guests and walk-ins, even at peak hours.

Answers for the board

Reports by branch and program, built by the person who was asked.

See the product

The real product, doing real community work.

Every screen below is the actual platform running a demo organization with fictional people. No mockups.

Front desk

Arrivals in seconds, not clicks.

Scan a barcode or guest pass, or search by name. Staff see today's classes and who's checked in, with every arrival recorded.

  • Barcodes, guest passes and name search
  • Today's classes at this location
  • A live record of who arrived

Households

Families billed the way they actually pay.

A household holds everyone in the family, with guardians, children and the billing arrangement that fits: one payer, alternating months, a split or a custom schedule.

  • Guardians and dependents
  • Single, split or alternating billing
  • Every member with their own barcode
People · Households
Household record for a family of five with members and billing arrangement options
Membership plans

Real pricing, without the spreadsheet.

Family, individual, senior and youth plans with per-location pricing. Historical pricing is locked, so existing members keep the rate they joined at when prices change.

  • Per-location pricing and join fees
  • Discount variants and financial assistance
  • Versioned plans with locked history

Fundraising

A development office inside the same system.

Campaigns with goals and progress, donations by branch and campaign, and public giving pages. The same people your front desk checks in are the donors your development team stewards.

  • Campaigns with goals and public giving pages
  • Gifts by branch and campaign
  • Donor records linked to members

Member portal

Your brand, not ours.

Members join, register for programs, book classes, give and manage payment methods on a portal with your logo and colours.

  • Digital member barcode
  • Programs, events and personal training
  • Payment methods for the household
  • Class browsing with booking and waitlists

One platform

Everything the association runs on, in one login.

Workspaces for operations, fundraising, marketing and administration, each showing people exactly what their job needs.

Membership & billing

Versioned plans, households, split billing, proration and financial-assistance rates.

Front-desk check-in

One scan screen for barcodes, guest passes and name lookup.

Programs, classes & camps

Per-branch pricing, capacity, waitlists, rosters and attendance.

Fundraising CRM

Campaigns, donations, pledges, gift batches, acknowledgments and grants.

Reporting

A report builder, dashboards and revenue by branch and region.

Security & roles

Branch-scoped roles, multi-factor sign-in and an audit log.

More of the platform

More screens your team will live in.

Built for a real workforce

From executive director to lifeguard.

A handful of full-time power users and hundreds of part-timers who need one narrow screen, each scoped to their branch.

Isolation in the database

Your organization's data is separated with row-level security at the database layer.

Least privilege

Roles by job and branch, multi-factor sign-in, and an audit log of sensitive actions.

Money handled like money

The front desk can charge but not refund; refunds sit behind finance-only permissions.

Your data, exportable

Every record exports to CSV. No exit fee for your own data, ever.

How it works

Three steps, no leaps of faith.

Platform switches fail on surprise, not software. The pilot exists so everyone has seen their own workflow before anyone commits.

Questions

What people ask us first

What does the free pilot actually look like?
We stand up a private sandbox of the platform themed to your organization — our provisioning tool reads your public website and applies your logo, colors, and fonts automatically. You get your branches, your membership plan structure, and demo people to click through, so your front desk, membership director, and development office can each try their own workspace before anyone signs anything. There is no charge and no obligation for the pilot.
How is this priced?
Partnership pricing: a flat monthly subscription from $9,000/month for the whole association — hosting, licenses, updates, and a dedicated support team included — plus a one-time implementation from $9,500, where a standard association-platform implementation typically runs $45,000–55,000 before integrations. Annual increases are capped at CPI (maximum 4%) in the agreement. It is never a percentage of your organization's revenue, and payments settle into your organization's own merchant account through whichever major processor you already use, so your rates and your processing relationship belong to you, not to your software vendor.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If the platform isn't working for your team, cancel within 60 days of go-live and we refund the subscription fees paid for that period. It excludes third-party costs such as payment processing, and the full terms are written into your agreement before you sign — we'd rather put the risk on us than ask a nonprofit board to take it on faith.
We budget on a July–June fiscal year. When should we start looking?
Most community nonprofits approve next year's budget in late spring, which makes February–May the natural evaluation window for a July start. But because the pilot is free and the fee is flat, many teams start the pilot earlier and simply hold go-live until the new fiscal year. We'll match your timeline either way.
Do we have to leave Raiser's Edge or our accounting system?
No. The platform has its own full fundraising CRM — campaigns, pledges, gift batches, acknowledgments, grants, major-gift pipeline — but it also connects to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for constituent sync if your development office keeps it, and the integration store includes QuickBooks Online, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and more. You choose what stays.
What are the contract terms?
The standard agreement is a 12-month term — that commitment is what funds the partnership-level implementation pricing — with annual increases capped at CPI (maximum 4%) so renewals never surprise you. If you'd rather not commit, we offer a month-to-month option at a higher monthly rate. Either way, the 60-day go-live guarantee applies: if it isn't working in the first 60 days after go-live, you can exit with your subscription fees for that period refunded.
Who owns our data?
You do, unambiguously. Every record lives in your tenant, exportable to CSV from the app, and we'll never charge you a fee to take your own data with you. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer with row-level security, so your association's data is structurally separated from anyone else's.
Does it cover everything our current system does on day one?
The core is deep: membership lifecycle and billing, households and split billing, front-desk check-in, programs, classes and camps registration with waitlists, events and volunteers, forms, workflow automation, reporting, a branded member portal — and a fundraising suite that goes beyond what typical nonprofit operations platforms offer. If your association depends on something outside that core, we scope it explicitly during the pilot so there are no surprises at go-live. That honesty is the point of the pilot.
