Works alongside your PMS

Keep your PMS. Rimas360 sits above it.

  • No PMS switch

Rimas360 is not a PMS and never asks you to replace a brand-mandated system.

  • Reports by email or upload

It reads the nightly reports your PMS already produces, emailed or uploaded.

  • Turn off what you have

Switch off any product your PMS already covers, hotel by hotel.

One platform

Everything a hotel runs on, in one record.

Every product shares one record of hotels, people and money. Switch on the products you need, per company.

Operations

One room board per hotel for housekeeping, maintenance and the front desk, on a desk or a phone. Room assignment and timing, required photos before a room is ready, work orders with parts, cost and response targets, and shift handoff.

People & Scheduling

A weekly schedule per hotel with coverage gaps and overtime flagged before you publish, time-off requests and balances, job postings, offers candidates sign from a link, and new-hire onboarding checklists.

Documents

Contracts, brand standards and drawings, filed with the hotel they belong to.

Finance

A per-hotel invoice inbox, duplicate detection, suggested GL codes with the confidence shown, approval by amount, night audit with cross-checks and escalation, bank reconciliation, statements, budgets and a covenant watchlist with DSCR.

Owner Portal

Owners see expenditure requests with reason, amount and vendor, the reserve balance, active capital projects, documents and a weekly note from the hotel team, limited to the hotels they hold.

Analytics

RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and room revenue per hotel or across the portfolio, with the same period last year beside every figure, plus a GM command center for what needs attention.

Capital Projects & PIP

A capital clock of every dated commitment (franchise terms, loan maturities, covenants, PIP deadlines), project plans with budgets and change orders, room phasing, bid packages and a lender report.

Access and security

Sign in with Google or your company account plus an emailed code, role-based permissions scoped per hotel, and an audit log of admin and permission changes.

Your brand

Your colors, fonts and logo in light and dark themes, installable on a phone from the browser. On Scale, your own web address and emails sent under your company's name.

Finance

The night audit and payables, checked before the day is posted.

Each hotel's night closes against its own reports, and every bill goes to the person allowed to approve it.

Night audit and day close

  • Night reports come in by email or upload and are read against each hotel's own report layout
  • Rooms, rates, revenue, taxes and ledgers cross-checked to the cent
  • Correct a figure with an undo, rerun the checks, then hold or post the day
  • Unconfirmed nights climb an escalation ladder every 15 minutes

Invoice intake and approvals

  • Each hotel has its own invoice inbox that rejects other hotels' bills
  • PDFs and scans are read, including printed and photographed pages
  • An invoice already entered is flagged before it is entered twice
  • Bills route to the person allowed to approve that amount

Questions

What hotel owners ask us first

Do I have to replace my PMS?
No. Rimas360 is not a PMS and never asks you to replace a brand-mandated system. It sits alongside your PMS and reads the nightly reports it already produces, uploaded or emailed. You can turn off any Rimas360 product your PMS already covers, hotel by hotel.
How much does Rimas360 cost?
It is priced per room per month, billed annually: Core is $4 per room ($250 minimum per hotel), Growth is $7 per room ($450 minimum) and Scale is $10 per room ($700 minimum). Larger portfolios can ask about Enterprise volume pricing. There are no implementation, onboarding or per-user fees; the term is one year, then month-to-month.
Who gets a login?
Everyone at every hotel. Pricing is per room, not per person, so housekeeping, maintenance, the front desk, the GM and finance each get their own login with role-based permissions and a set of hotels they may see. Owner portal logins are included on Scale.
What counts as a room?
Rooms are the keys you can sell for a night. Meeting space, restaurants and spas are not counted or charged.
How does the night audit get into Rimas360?
Night reports come in by email or upload and are read against each hotel's own report layout. Rooms, rates, revenue, taxes and ledgers are cross-checked to the cent, disagreements go to the right person before the day is posted, and unconfirmed nights escalate every 15 minutes.
Can you run the hotel for us instead?
Yes. Alongside the software, the Rimas360 team offers done-for-you hotel management, revenue management, bookkeeping, PIP and renovation management, transitions and openings, recruiting and procurement. Book a call and tell us about the property.
