AccuLynx
The incumbent: roofing CRM, production, finance and business management, licensed per user.
AccuLynx describes itself as an "all-in-one management platform that powers every aspect of a roofing business," built for "roofing companies that primarily focus on residential insurance restoration and retail roofing," from "growing startups with as little as 3 users to multi-location operations with hundreds of users." It has operated "since 2008" and lists "20+ integrations" including ABC Supply, QXO, SRS Distribution, EagleView and QuickBooks.
Two plans, Pro and Elite, with no price on the site. Pro covers leads/CRM, estimates and contracts, invoicing, aerial measurement ordering, AI lead scoring, labor management, supplier ordering, job costs and A/R tracking, and a mobile field app. Elite adds a custom workflow manager, multiple location set-up, production calendar, supplement tracking, permits tracking, commissions and more reports.
On pricing, AccuLynx says "customers are charged a monthly fee for each user license," that it "does not require customers to sign long term contracts," and that "optional account add-ons are also billed on a monthly basis."
Pricing: Quote-based (no public price).

JobNimbus
The closest like-for-like: a roofing-first CRM priced by plan and number of users, on request.
JobNimbus calls itself "the roofing platform built to scale with you. From your first job to your hundredth location," and names roofing, siding, gutters and fencing among the trades it serves. The homepage lists payments, measurement ordering, a mobile app, invoicing, estimates and two-way texting and email (Engage).
Pricing is not published. JobNimbus says pricing "is based on the plan you choose (Essentials, Pro, Premium, or Enterprise), the number of users you need, and the features or add-ons that fit your business," with monthly or annual agreements and a 14-day free trial.
Like AccuLynx, the bill scales with users, so it is an alternative on features and fit rather than on pricing model.
Pricing: Quote-based (no public price).

Roofr
Flat plans with unlimited users, measurement reports paid per report.
Roofr says it was "built for roofers, by roofers" and offers "the full suite of tools you need to run your business, with one login": a CRM job board with customizable stages, measurement reports, proposals, instant estimates for lead capture, material ordering through supplier integrations, invoicing with card and ACH payments, and a calendar.
Pricing is published and flat. Four plans billed monthly ($0, $109, $249 and $349 a month) with Essentials at $209 and Scale at $299 a month when billed yearly. "Measurement Reports are always pay-as-you-go, no matter which plan you're on": $19 on Starter and $13 on paid plans. Add-ons include Instant Estimator, Roofr Sites and an AI Receptionist.
The pricing page states "Roofr does not charge per seat," which makes it the published-price alternative for roofers who want to add users freely and whose work centres on measurements and proposals.
Pricing: Billed monthly: Starter $0, Measure+ $109/mo, Essentials $249/mo, Scale $349/mo. Billed yearly: Essentials $209/mo, Scale $299/mo..

Leap
Roofing and remodeling CRM plus an in-home sales app; a published per-user add-on price.
Leap positions itself as "the all-in-one platform for roofing and remodeling contractors," built "by contractors who've been on the roof," so that a contractor can "sell the job, run the crew, and get paid, from the first inspection to the final payment." It also serves windows and doors, siding, kitchen and bath and residential construction.
Two products: Leap CRM (lead management, estimating, proposals, project management, payments) and Leap SalesPro, "the leading in-home sales app." Pricing is published for the lower tiers: Leap CRM Essential at $79 a month for a single user, Team starting at $298 a month including the first user with additional users at $99 a month each, SalesPro Premium starting at $750 a month including 6 users, and an Enterprise tier priced on request.
Because the per-user price is public, Leap is the easiest option to model. For a 10-user team on Leap CRM Team that is $298 plus nine users at $99, or $1,189 a month before any SalesPro seats.
Pricing: Leap CRM Essential $79/mo (single user); Team from $298/mo; SalesPro Premium from $750/mo; Enterprise: contact sales.

ServiceTitan
The enterprise trades platform; roofing is one of its listed industries; priced per technician on request.
ServiceTitan's pricing page lists three plans, Starter, Essentials and The Works, each marked "Request Pricing," and states that "our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size." Roofing appears in its list of industries served ("Roofing Software").
We reviewed only the pricing page, so we do not describe its feature set here. The relevant fact for a roofer comparing it with AccuLynx is the pricing model: per technician rather than per user, with no public price.
Pricing: Quote-based (no public price).

Our product
Ardn CRM (ours)
Sales, jobs, service desk and dispatch on one record, priced by modules and locations, never per seat.
Ardn CRM is a CRM built around jobs, work orders, sites, service requests and bookings for roofing, windows and home improvement, residential and commercial general contractors, and real estate. Quotes are built from your product list and convert to a job in one click. Every service request gets an SLA clock by priority, escalates automatically if it slips and asks the customer for a rating when it closes. A dispatch board shows crews, work orders and bookings by day and location.
It is priced by the modules you turn on and the locations you run, never per seat, so adding office staff or crew leads does not change the bill. There is a one-time setup fee and an optional managed service. Ardn migrates your accounts, contacts, open deals, job history and notes from the previous CRM as part of setup and checks the result with you before go-live.
What it does not do: Ardn CRM does not include roof measurement reports, and Ardn does not publish prices, so you will need a quote. If measurements and a published self-serve price are the priority, Roofr is the closer fit.
Pricing: Not published; quote by modules and locations.
